Tonight was Cole's first time to watch Baby Einstein. I think he liked it.

"I'm trying to watch the animals on the TV. Why do you have the camera out again?"

Cole watches mommy cook dinner from his bumbo chair. He keeps himself busy by biting/sucking on his fist. He likes to put the whole thing in his mouth and sometimes gags himself.

Zonked! His lips crack me up in this picture! His head doesn't usually fall to the side either...

This is the first "fun" time in the Johnny Jump Up but the second time we tried it. He is standing nice and tall in this picture.
And now he is relaxing and chewing on the blanket...again. He is really intent on putting everything in his mouth these days.

2 months old already!

The time has gone so quickly! Cole is starting to feel better now; he still has a stuffy nose but we are using the little sucker thing to help him as well as the humidifier at night. He got his 2 month old shots on Tuesday and was very cranky for the following 48 hours. We have had a busy day today and he is sleeping it off right now. Baby Cole's first illness...

I took Cole to the doctor today and found out he has an upper respiratory infection. Poor little guy sounds like he is having trouble breathing. Yesterday was rough; he didn't nurse well and was very cranky. Today has been more crankiness, lots of sneezing, and some coughing. His little crys are so sad. We bought a humidifier at WalMart tonight. Hopefully that will help him breath better tonight.

Celebrating Mommy's Birthday

Don't count the candles, Gramma Dot put one for each year. The kitchen was full of smoke after I blew them out.

I think he likes to smile for the camera.
